In the Spring of 2005, a chance meeting brought Ideal Designs Custom Homes, Inc. (known as Ideal Designs Construction, LLC at the time) to Simple Minds Design (then known as Cunning Productions).  Ideal Designs had built just a single home and was seeking a way to get into the mainstream of the real estate boom of the mid-2000′s.  With creative consultations and website by Simple Minds Design, Ideal Designs quickly reached some major potential.  By the end of the first year, 12 homes were put under contract and built.  The following year, that number increased to near 20.  Ideal Designs had achieved their goal of becoming a premier custom home builder in Omaha, NE.  Since 2005, Ideal Designs has added many features to their site and added a new division, Trademark Homes, Inc. to provide homes in a different price range than Ideal Designs.  As of early 2011, both companies continue to grow and thrive.
